Off Leash K9 Training Portland offers Board & Train programs lasting one, two, or three weeks. Available options include the 1 Week Board & Train, 2 Week Board & Train, 3 Week Show-Off Program, and 2 Week Board & Train With Head Trainer. 1 Week Board & Train
The 1 Week Board & Train covers off-leash recall, place, sit, greeting manners, door manners, meal manners, and recall around multiple distractions and environments. It includes an e-collar, a 1.5-hour owner session, and lifetime refresher support.
Dogs with aggression or reactivity are not accepted. Owners of dogs with these concerns should review the separate Dog Aggression Training options.
2 Week Board & Train
The 2 Week Board & Train covers sit, place, heel on and off leash, down, recall, off, greeting manners, door manners, meal manners, and work around distractions in multiple environments. It includes an e-collar, a two-hour owner session, and lifetime refresher support.
Dogs with human aggression or severe dog reactivity are not accepted.
3 Week Show-Off Program
The 3 Week Show-Off Program includes the complete 2 Week Board & Train curriculum plus one selected advanced command. Available choices include down at a distance, come to heel, sit in motion, or puppy push-ups.
The program includes an e-collar, a 2.5-hour owner session, and lifetime refresher support.
2 Week Board & Train With Head Trainer
The 2 Week Board & Train With Head Trainer includes the same commands as the standard 2 Week Board & Train and allows owners to select dates from the head trainer’s schedule. It includes an e-collar, a professional certificate of completion, lifetime refresher support, and a 2.5-hour owner session. Availability is limited.

Portland and surrounding areas: Trish brings a lot of dog training experience to Portland, Oregon! Trish spent twelve years of active duty in the United States Air Force, ten as a military working dog handler which included six different duty stations and two deployments. While at her home station, her and her (K9) partner would often times provide local law enforcement with back-up, supervise subordinates, and even assisted in Presidential event sweeps along with the US Secret Service. In her ten years of service, she had the opportunity to work with hundreds of different dogs.
Trish is excited to bring her wealth of knowledge and experience to the Portland, Oregon area! She is very experienced in training dogs for basic and advanced obedience, detection work, as well as dealing with behavioral modification, puppy training, and aggression and/or reactivity cases.
She is excited to give owners the same level of training, discipline, and obedience as the military working dogs she had worked for ten years; regardless of their age, size, or breed!
Trish is the proud owner of a two American bulldogs, Max and Sammy.
