In July of 2018 Kyla joined Trish’s team and became certified through OLK9 headquarters in Virginia where it all began. She excels in basic and advance obedience training.

Kyla grew up with dogs all my life in fact, she has 2 dogs of her own: Avery, a 5 year old Siberian Husky, and Balto, 2 year old Malamute/Shepherd mix. Her favorite breeds would have to be Huskies and German Shepherds.

Bend and surrounding areas:  Julie was raised around animals and has always known she would have a career with animals. She contacted OLK9 to train her rescue Dutch Shepherd, June, who was out of control! June was a runner with no recall, extremely hyper and became destructive. Julie elected the 2 week board and train program and drove June to Salem for the drop off and pick up. Julie was amazed that June was a completely different dog from two weeks prior. More confidence, not as bouncy, no more jumping on people, and, how eager June was to please. She just needed a job and OLK9 training gave her the mental outlet she needed. Julie realized the need for this level of training was missing in Bend, thus she contacted the owners, Bruce and Trish Fuller in Portland, and requested to join our family of trainers in 2017.

Bend and surrounding area: Nate has grown up with family dogs all his life. He found OLK9 training when he needed help with Ronin the Lab/GSD that he recused. Before training Ronin was very dog aggresive, human aggressive and liked to do his own thing but OLK9 changed all that. Ronin now goes everywhere Nate goes and enjoys the offleash life! When OLK9BEND was hiring he jumped at the chance to help people with their dogs like training helped him.

Nate loves to hike, mountain bike, snowshoe….basically be outside! Bend is a great place to live because of all the opportunities to go play outside with your dog so Nate loves to help people get out more with their dog.
